Precision Backcountry Charters Customer Reviews

Captain Michael consistently puts clients on fish from the first cast, with customers catching impressive species like 26-inch redfish, blacktip sharks, snook, and catfish. Even in challenging conditions with 20-30 mph winds and rough waters, Mike skillfully guides anglers to productive spots and helps them land multiple species during their trips. His extensive fishing knowledge and ability to locate fish quickly creates successful outings whether it's a child's first ocean fishing experience or experienced anglers seeking variety. Mike's integrity truly shines through his customer-first approach, prioritizing safety and client satisfaction over profit by rescheduling trips during poor weather conditions and suggesting shorter trips when conditions aren't ideal. Families especially appreciate his patience with children and his encouraging guidance that makes fishing accessible to all skill levels. Customers consistently return year after year, with many calling him annually when they visit the St. Pete/Tampa area and rating their experiences a perfect 10 out of 10.
